Remove the old watch band including the spring bars. Detach the upper part of the hook and loop fastening (watch band part with loop) and put it on the watch case. Re-assemble the spring bars, so that the watch band part mentioned above is between the watch case and spring bars. Now simply close the hook and loop fastening.
