Nothing less than this especially exacting handicraft technique can meet the quality standards of a RIOS1931 watch strap and guarantee such unparalleled lasting value.
RIOS1931 distinguishs between three manufacturing techniques:
(1) The normal full-bugg strap
bugg mantle
fleece padding
leather lining
The upper leather (bugg mantle) is turned around the cotton fleece padding and tucked under the leather lining, glued and thus double stitched.
With this high end technique for our most exclusive watch straps, the edges are smoothed with heat, sanded down and then painted 5 times with edge dye. Loops and buckle flap are stitched by hand.
