1. Prices

When not otherwise stated, prices given in our shop are our end-user prices, valid worldwide. Where required, depending on country of origin, VAT/Sales tax is included in this price.

This price excludes shipping costs, which we calculate separately, and possible additional charges depending on payment type. More information regarding these costs can be found in the following tables.

For our customers outside the EU: Any possible taxes, customs or import charges are the liability of the customer. Information about our discount options can be found here...

2. Shipping

* The EXTRA Shipping option must be used for all orders containing products marked with this logo!
- Please note that this is NOT express delivery, but parcel delivery with DHL or DPD!
- Option available on orders >40 EURO

We ship from our principal office in Germany to almost all countries. The delivery costs seen below will automatically be shown in your chosen currency when you reach the checkout.

Standard shipping will be made with DEUTSCHE POST.

Goods are shipped as soon as possible after receipt of payment. The average shipping time is stated in the chart above. Please note that the delivery times given are an average and can differ from those stated. Reasons for this possible delay include, but are not restricted to, acts of God, weather interference and workers' strikes. We cannot guarantee that orders will arrive in the time frames given in the table above but do our best to ensure that deliveries arrive as soon as possible. If the delivery time differs from this average for a product we will inform you of that in the product description or via Email.

3. Payment

Payment can be made in one of the following ways:

Bank transfer
When sending money via bank transfer within the European Union we ask you to only use the European IBAN/BIC (SWIFT) method of payment (SEPA transfer). If that is not possible or errors occur and additional fees are charged, the sender of the bank transfer is responsible for covering these costs. We therefore recommend payment with Credit Card or PayPal.

Credit Card Payment
To be able to offer you a high security standard and to keep our prices low, we need to charge a small additional fee for credit card payments (see table above). We ask for your understanding. Payments via credit card will be processed by our reliable credit card acceptance partner WORLDPAY. Your card details will only be transferred to WORLDPAY to make the payment. For your security no data will be recorded by us.
Your credit card account will be charged immediately after completion of your payment.

PayPal
If you wish to transfer the money via Paypal, it is necessary to open a free Paypal account. This can be done in a few minutes and very simply. Just visit www.paypal.com!

4. Discount

For customers who would like to purchase larger quantities or purchase more often, we offer special discounts. You can find a complete overview with detailed information under "Discount" (click here).

5. Customs and Import Tax

Customers outside of the European Union (EU) may be subject to import taxes on orders delivered to their country. Any import taxes or fees from customs that may be charged are the responsibility of the customer. Below are official websites with import information for some of our delivery countries.
